We're Hiring! Ad Sales Coordinator | Digital Media Management

A new exciting position has become available in our advertising department for a dynamic digital advertising sales coordinator.

Reporting to the Ad Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist sales team with all new pitches and current ad campaigns across a network of celebrity websites, as directed, including:
- Working with site editors and designers to implement and test custom sponsorship elements
- Trafficking and testing of all ad units
- Setting up campaigns in ad serving program
- Maintaining client calendars with current and pending sponsorships
- Regular reporting of site metrics and sponsor campaigns
- Contributing to brainstorms and new pitches

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in digital media industry
- Customer service / client service experience ? ability to keep your cool in dealing with high-level clients / agencies and provide creative problem solving when necessary
- Basic knowledge of standard digital media sponsorship elements and terminology (i.e. inventory, frequency capping, geo-targeting, CPM, CPA, CPC, CPV, CPE, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with varying needs in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Detail orientated
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs ? Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Preferable experience using an online ad server i.e. DART, Atlas, OpenX, Mediaplex, etc.
- Preferable experience trafficking ad campaigns ? inserting click macros / timestamps / etc.
- Knowledge of the ad network space and the companies that operate within it
- Ability to monitor/analyze performance data for campaigns and provide suggestions for optimization
